The master bedroom faces south, has a 1.5m wide bed, mirrored wardrobe, and access to the sunny balcony (there's an additional security grille so you can sleep securely with the window open!) The second bedroom faces east, has two single beds and a wardrobe, and access to a small balcony, which is protected from wind, dust or rain by clear roll-down plastic windows. Ample pillows and bed-linen are provided.
A large south-facing air-conditioned lounge-diner, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a sofa-bed, a dining table which seats 4 to 6. There is a shelving unit, with a selection of CDs, videos and books in English (with some Dutch subtitles), a TV, a video player, and a DVD / CD player. A 1.2 m satellite dish feeds a free-view Sky digi-box. There is a Telefonica phone for incoming calls for holiday lets, which can be altered for long-term tenants to full service with the option of ADSL Internet connection.

Well-equipped with a family-sized fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4-ring hob, and an integral water filtration system for delicious safe drinking water. For holiday lets, the cupboards are stocked with basic consumables like seasonings, oil & vinegar, condiments like Heinz tomato ketchup, Malt vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard… Typhoo tea, Nescafe coffee, milk, washing-up liquid, brush and scrubber, washing powder and conditioner and other household cleaning products. There is also a ‘welcome basket’ – a bottle each of pleasant red and white wine, fresh bread, butter, and a snack platter (e.g: crackers, cheese, pate, crudités etc). Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Don’t want to cook while you’re here? We can arrange that the fridge and freezer are stocked for your arrival if you give us your order at least 48 hours before your arrival.
A luxurious Hydro-massage bath with a shower unit over it, a bidet, washbasin and toilet, and ample storage. Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, hair spray, a hair-dryer and plenty of bath towels are provided.


A South facing large (35m2) balcony at first-floor level, with views over the gardens and toward the pool, yet not noisy in peak season. Equipped with a minimum of 2 cushioned sun-loungers and a curtained awning covering an area of 10m2, to provide some shade when needed, or to be a dining area - with a table and 4 chairs.
The apartment is fitted with sliding mosquito screens. It is a Non-smoking apartment, we politely request that you take this into consideration, and if you are a smoker, that you smoke in the 'toldo' (conservatory).
There is a safe in the apartment, and a key is available for a refundable deposit.
For long term renters, a mail-box is available.
The swimming pool, children's paddling pool and gardens are for residents and their guests only. We ask you to respect that the urbanisation is naturist. Keys operate the pedestrian and vehicular gates of this secure urbanisation.
Readily available on marked areas on the street close by. Also within a private closed parking area within the urbanisation for long-term renters.
The apartment is available for lets of one week to a renewable long term let of 4 months, depending on prior bookings. Lets of less than 7 days are possible, but cost the same as the weekly term.
