PETS:

Well-behaved pets of various species are permitted in the apartment at our discretion, and a pet surcharge of 20€. We require a refundable pet deposit of 100€ to cover possible damages.

PAYMENT:

Payment for mini-breaks is 100% up front. Payment for short-term, if booked over 2 months beforehand is an initial reservation deposit of 25% and the balance by 2 months before arrival. The deposit for medium term rental is fixed at 550€ or equivalent. Pay by Paypal or Bank Transfer in Euros or Sterling

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Up to 5 days: temporary reservation pending deposit.
• Cancellations within 2 weeks of the deposit: full refund, less 10 Euros for administration.
• Cancellations after 2 weeks: deposits are non-refundable.
• The balance is payable not later than 2 calandar months prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation after balance payment will normally not be refundable.
• You are advised to ensure that your travel insurance covers your possible losses.

ADDITIONAL REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:

May be paid in either Euros or Sterling CASH on arrival:

• Pet damage deposit: 100€ (£80)
• Key loss deposit, per set required: 10€ (£10)
• Safe key loss deposit (if required): 20€ (£20)
• Parking key deposit (if required): 10€ (£10)
